Refund and Returns Policy

At TAITN (PTY) LTD, we’re committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. If you’re not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) of South Africa, you have the right to return goods within 7 business days of receiving your order if:

  • The goods are defective or damaged,
  • The goods are not what you ordered, or
  • The goods do not match the description or sample shown.

You may also return unwanted (non-defective) items within 7 business days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging,
  • It is not listed as a non-returnable item (see below),
  • You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice).

To initiate a return, please email support@taitn.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or personalised products
  • Downloadable software or digital content

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.

If approved (Defective Product) :

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 – 14 business days.
  • If the item was defective, incorrect, or misrepresented, TAITN (PTY) LTD will pay for the return shipping costs.

If the return is due to a change of mind:

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
  • The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Please note that, TAITN (PTY) LTD does not charge a restocking fee for unwanted items returned in original condition.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To exchange an item, email us at support@taitn.co.za.

5. Return Shipping Address

Use a trackable courier service. TAITN (PTY) LTD is not liable for lost return parcels.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, follow the return procedure.

Contact us at support@taitn.co.za as soon as possible to request cancellation.
